  1. 12x24 magnetics?

I tell people my price and when they make a choking sound I tell them Kinko's sells them for $39.95/set. But then I also say that mine look much better. Love....Jill

  3. Logo Design Contest Giveaway

Dan Antonelli doesn't use gradient fills. His colors are just blushing because they are proud he chose them. Dan Antonelli doesn't use Spellcheck. He doesn't have to. Dan Antonelli can pee into the snow in Century Gothic.

  5. First shot at business card layout

That looks nice, Tiki. Or post #39 with the plain front and a plainer back. I don't like the single sider ideas at all, they seem very cluttered.
  6. Your First Sign.

It's not where I thought it was. I did just go through a book that has a lot of pix of past meets, mostly with me sitting on Jordo's lap and showing off! (hiding head in shame)
  7. How's this Look

  8. Sign Painting Kit?

I also forgot to say some white and some blue Staedler pencils, as Stabilos melt. And isn't that what you are supposed to do with the alphabets? I even have a paperback Atkinson so I didn't have to rip up my 1915 one. Also some books from this page.
  9. Sign Painting Kit?

My cutter and fitches are in a separate kit, wrapped in phone book pages and soaking in a mix of thinner and motor oil. I have a whole nother kit for wall jobs. My sign kit is in a wheeled toolbox I got from the evil W place. My "good" brushes are in a metal box in it, my quills are in oil in...
  10. Your First Sign.

First paid sign was done when I was in art school, it was a 3'x4' double sider, customer provided painted plywood. I got $50 and it took about 4 hours! I thought I was hot sh!t. But even in Kindergarten kids would get me to draw stuff for them, and I did a lot of art for people all through...

  13. Font Challenge 2010!

It's not Cosmic Cursive but it's similar. Since 1956 looks like plain old Futura. And "SUBS" is not Grilled Cheese but it is a cheap substitute. Love....Jill

  18. First shot at business card layout

And no nasty script! And isn't having a website what you want customers to look at, seeing examples of your work before they click on your contact link? Isn't it easier to click a link than to type something in? GG has a nice idea. Also note how she gave everything breathing room and made it...
  19. I need help with this one.

I haven't a clue but you will get more responses with a jpg rather than a pdf. Good luck! Love....Jill
