Make sure your sprockets are clean and there is no debris on the rubber roller. Make sure your rods are oiled and you have blown out everything with compressed air. A drop of oil where the blade holder is can be a good thing too. Make sure you also have one of those thin washers in the blade...

The worst was going thru my fonts in GA on my WIN98SE computer. You had to look up the file# in the view font window, write it down, then go into the GA folder to delete it. I was so mad at myself for going all font happy when I first got a sign system. I am more careful these days. Love....Jill

That's exactly what I am talking about, I should have been more specific. The edge caps fit on very snugly but I like them to stay on. I recently tried a latex-based adhesive which was supposed to dry clear. It never dried!
