You've bitten off a rather large chunk of "stuff" as you put it.
How big is your blast pot? Can your air compressor supply 100cfm? Do you have an approved positive pressure hood/mask? What about your other PPE? Do you have a source for "stone blast" media? What are the regulations in your...
Not knowing what your clients are asking for in terms of finished product makes it hard to think of alternatives. If it is decals that are short term and indoors there are adhesive backed papers made with recycled content.
We had discussed "green" at length in a college printing class...
At my old workplace both parties would be terminated immediately. It is a legal/liability issue to let either one of them stay. Both have exhibited violent behavior in the workplace.
Here is a little tidbit the old employer used:

Start by calling your local offset shops. Magnetics get heavy in quantity and shipping will eat you alive.
A good offset shop can hammer those out in no time.
Nice work and good use of Photoshops power.:thumb:

Yes I've accidentally "air freighted" stuff from ladders, scaffold...warranty don't cover that.
Bushwolf from Aurora looks good.
I don't understand all the hate for Aurora Graphics. For the few things I've needed they've been great. It would be more helpful to give a reason than just saying they suck.
We have 2 clients that are regulars for decals. One client we charge per square foot.(race) For another we charge per square inch.(industrial) Like Mosh said it depends on overhead.
Did a batch of trucks using J-Channel. It is the type used to hang large mirrors. Perfect for holding sheets of coro or foam pvc.
3 sides of the frame were riveted with the last piece being fastened with TEK screws.
If the trailer is to be towed with the panels you will need to put some VHB...
I design on a Mac then save as a PDF or EPS. File then gets loaded on our dedicated RIP server. We use one of our old(8 years) back-up PC's. Works great.
