you should be able to run a hose from your dehumidifier and bypass the bucket. we have ours near an overhead door and the hose runs inbetween the door and rubber seal to the parking lot.

we use power tape which is a single side tape that adds some ridgidity to the banner so the design wont change either way.

also whenever your cutting on the edge of a color you should bleed that color b/c well it's not always gonna be a perfect cut.

your problem is most likely when you load the sheet back in, i needs to be in there square. we usally use the the slot where the sheet cutting blade runs through to line up the leading edge of the vinyl. when scanning for the crop marks after the first one while going towards the 2nd the vinyl...

haha, you cant see in the picture but there is a horible looking greenish print before the test print.

after just a normal clean, the test print was perfect minus 2 cyan dashes that have never fired on a test print. Just doing a manual clean now and going to press a swab to the heads. Never done a head soak, how is it done?
