ohh i didnt catch that you installed wet. yeah something with the metallic layer and the heat and you'll never get the solution out of it completely. no bueno.
im getting ij35c pretty cheap but this is race car vinyl sooo..even if its in 60" and i'll slice and dice. 54 doesnt work cause i laminate everything. would have to be less than 85 a roll. maybe im crazy.
i just charged the most i've ever charged to letter a racecar. i dont do pylon signs, electrical, etc. but i got $800 from a client for his modified (partial wrap in ij35c/200). and scored his business truck lettering work too. im SURE some of you guys make 1000+ a day. i don't but i have any...

my vp300i is 5 years old with light to moderate use all original heads. i might need a black one soon and i blame a brief stint with off brand ink a few years ago.. (test print is perfect, but sprays funky) i can profile it out though.

3651 is something i stock and...
that works for me only partly. snugging a good edge against the bottom roller is my only defense against misalignment on my old ledco. ive gone about 150" with 3/4" of deflection...i can take that.
i use a piece of coroplast or pvc about 8" wide that is prefed into the laminator. i leave about 1" of it exposed and "tuck" my print under it..nearly always tracks decent.
