Do you want a frame like that that holds the sign, or just an angled mounting set up? If you can't find pre-made, and want a frame, buy a frame and have a local shop weld a post to it at an angle. Or if you just need the mounting have them fabricate the while thing.

If it's not a too big I prefer sheeting with vinyl. If we have to paint we scuff with a scotch brite pad, clean and paint with a good oil based enamel. We prefer to spray, for the nice smooth finish you get. Rolling is acceptable, though you may end up with a bit of texture.

Sounds like a scam to me also, even if they have the capacity to register the names. Why would they bother contacting you? These things are usually done "blind" online, without anyone actually being involved.

Thanks for the feedback Bigfish. One question, how light a paper can latex run? Will it print on something equivalent to the #28 90gsm paper I now use? We had to use a heavier paper once and the client hated it.

If it was small projects done with masks and I would use the krylon made for plastics. Backing depends on how much abuse it may take.
