    For designing cut vinyl graphics or edge prints I find Composer works way better than Corel. Especially for things like outlines & shades.

    Never knew about using CMX, always used .ai or .eps. I hate this keep learning stuff, especially if it means I was doing it the hard way.

    Definitely need to know if the structure is still capable of handling it. That is really large for a swinging sign. I build swinging signs heavy, you want them to move, but not whip around in the ind.

    The problem I have seen with any of the currently available repositionable vinyl type materials is they so thin it is difficult not to mess them up in the handling. And they seem to be intended for interior/fathead type use.

    We used some Matthews clear over copper, maybe 20 years ago. The sign still looks fresh. The client washes & waxes it a few times a year.
