Wow thanks guys. I was a little nervous on how my post would be taken. I'm definitely going to try and figure out how to do it. What is the easiest material to use for a beginner?
I've never wrapped a car before but after seeing all of your posts and how great they all look I'm wondering if wrapping my car for fun would be a good idea or am I thinking about something that is way over my head. I don't want to make it seem like what you guys do is easy because I know if I...
Thanks DK I think I have finally figured it out. Did my first perf cut and it seemed to work so i'm going to just perfect it now so I know it works well. Thanks again.
Okay when doing this would I just ignore the cut file created by Onyx and open the file in Cutmaster and tell it to cut but reading the registration marks so that it knows where "home" is? Is there a good tutorial out there for this?
It literally just "Dies" the LCD screen just started flashing replace faulty ink cartridge and it won't do anything until you replace it. I had to flip the power switch on the back because it was still running the heaters and fans on full blast and I didn't think it was safe to leave it running...
I'm currently using Onyx to Print and cut but i'm thinking about doing the crop marks and file in Corel and printing with Onyx but then using Cutmaster to cut them out. Is this possible?
I am new to contour cutting on my FC8000 I'm wondering if it is possible to cut out the stickers I have printed with an 1/8" weeded border around them on this cutter. I currently do it on my Gerber and Envision plotter but need to do some larger stickers.
This is going to be my standard practice from now on. I am lucky enough to be within 1 day shipping from advantage sign supply and was able to order before the shipping deadline Friday so that I was back up and running today. I still have a free replacement that will be here Tuesday. I was very...
Excellent that worked perfect. I got my step size set the same everywhere now. My other question is: Do you know why I would be able to do the manual registration mark reading on the graphtec but not the Automatic one on the graphtec or from onyx?
I'm wondering how common it is to have an ink cartridge fail after less than 100 ML. My yellow cartridge failed today after 93 ML I called HP and they are going to ship me a new one but that means i'm down until Tuesday when it gets here. I didn't know I needed to keep a full extra set of ink...
I just had my L26500 installed last week. This is my first solvent/latex machine and it so easy to use. I love mine. Hands down easiest printer I have used. I've also done extensive testing on flatbed uv machines and other aqueous roll machines. Print quality far exceeds my expectations. This...
Is setting the step size different than changing the scale factor? Also is it possible to print from onyx and use cut master to send the printed cut file to the plotter. I'm having a hard time getting onyx cut sever to automatically read the registration marks.
Okay I was able to get the parts to cut right. I had to go into the graphtec and change the scale to 1/4 from 1 and it worked. I don't know why I need to change the scale but it is a work around for now until I have more time to figure it out.:thankyou:
