Yes, a standard table saw, or panel saw will cut ACM just fine. If you use a blade designed for cutting aluminum you can get a clean edge that doesn't need to be de-burred.
Suppliers keep saying the ships can’t get in to unload. Backlog of cargo ships plus shortage of dock hands. Add that to the shortage of containers in China and the shortage of hands in the delivery chain and you get shortages. Maybe the government could help by paying people extra to stay...
We use Corebridge for shop management. It has a system for sending questions between departments and with customers. The records stay with the job. We supplement that with Teams for inter office communications on more general topics.
OKI still shows printers on their website that print that size. https://www.oki.com/me/printing/products/colour/graphic-arts/index.html
Maybe I misunderstood the type of printer you need.
How many are you making? If it's just a few then all the suggestions above could work. If you need more you should look at screen printing or pad printing them.
Check into the cloud based programs. They will do all the things you mentioned, plus being cloud based you can access from anywhere. It is a monthly charge, so definitely more expensive than Estimate. The two I know off the top of my head are CoreBridge and ShopVox.
The times I posted - 40 beds per hour on a Digitech TruFire - are true production times including board changes without the auto-unloader. This includes the operator removing boards and either flipping or placing new one. We routinely run a full pallet of coroplast in a single shift.
Our system touches the bit to a button placed on the cutting surface so it sets the mat height and blade length to match. We just graze the mat without really cutting into to it.
Our old router doesn't have that and we had to learn how to make underlayment adjustments and blade length settings...
When you put the mat on top of the belt you need to adjust your zero point on the Z axis. The bit should just touch the mat. Our current mat is 3 months old and we expect to last at least 6.
We run 2 Digitechs - both are 4 head versions. We print coroplast yard signs at 2 or 3 pass which is up to 40 - 4x8's/hour. Their new 8 head versions at said to run 60+ sheets an hour, but I haven't clocked one yet.
I'm looking for someone in the San Antonio area that can remove a vinyl ad from a bus. I don't have any real details, but if it's similar to graphics I've done for them in the past it's probably 24"-36" x 15' long. If you are interested send me your contact info and I'll pass it on to the bus...
