Sometimes if the heat settings are too high it can really affect the print quality. When I first got my Mutoh (10 years ago) I had to adjust my heater settings and it helped a lot.

I run a router between the computer and the printer. I checked that cables were seated well. How do I make sure it's set up as static IP? I seem to think it is when it was originally set up. I'm just hoping nothing major is going wrong with the main board or something in my printer. Yikes!

Thanks! I'm using X6 inspired mode which right click was working when I first downloaded the software. Tried using Default mode but it didn't make a difference even after restarting both the computer and Corel. However, the update seems to have fixed it. I appreciate your help!!!
