Why not just print the car, and cut the lettering seperate, youll have to install it onto something. Align it then :0)

I have tried the usual spots but I think its to far gone to catch the letter properly. Having issues placing the "tails" of barber boy. I don't need the "racing" part -- just the barberboy. Thanks a ton to anyone who may help.

Howdy and glad some others might try this lol -- its been about 60/40, however the word of mouth travels better then anything and I live in a small town :0)
I usually just print a normal banner, just small :0) about 24" long x 6"(can fold inhalf to fit and mail) tall containing the company...
magic wand tool, select background (dancing ants kinda thing)
goto Bitmap and select "make transparent" and don't forget to click the green arrow on design central for it to stay

Just a question here -- but now you would have to replace the whole face instead of a broken letter or portion right? Changing lights, easier with a large face? I do like the cleaner appearance.

Just a follow up to the original question. I spoke with Mike from Imprintables about this and was told any of their products will be fine for this. Hard to think "everything" will work. So I will try on my own first but thats the info that was passed to me.

thank you for the response-- double thankyou for getting it under my press :0) --- I have some 2" foam that I think will work great. I was mostly worried about adhesion and 2nd leaving a "heat press" mark in the back.
