Does this happen evenly across the print or is it more on one side that the other? If it's the later, try replacing the outside pinch rollers.

Damn, you beet my record which was a 30'x100' mesh banner done in 2 pieces. We didn't have a gym to work in so we had it out in the parking lot. Had to park cars on the corners to keep the wind from blowing it away. Nice work! Makes me miss my days doing grand format.

What ever those guys are using looks pretty sweet. As for Vinyl-off - I tried a bottle a couple years ago. It worked ok but it makes the vinyl pretty slick and hard to grasp. I also had a bad experience with after market paint so I haven't touched it since.
