Sorry man. I wasn't trying to rain on your parade but look, my company name has SS in it too. We tried several variations of SS before we finally scrapped the idea of using it in our logo.
I'm not going to comment on the design aspect of your logo but I'd like to note that "SS" makes me think of either nazis, cool cars or boats. Your SS symbol somewhat resembles a swastika which makes me more inclined to think of Nazis. Maybe not so good for business.

I'm pretty sure the tint is in the adhesive.
It's usually not enough to be an issue and it's hardly noticeable by most but it can be a pain. Try reducing the yellow in your print until you hit the desired colour. I know, easier said than done.
In my experience, lam has either a yellow or blue tinge to it. It's the nature of the beast. Maybe someone else here has something different to say/add.

I use glass and I like it a lot. Only use stainless steel blades on it. Very sharp blades will scratch a little but not enough to worry about. Do yourself a favour and make the table a bit wider than your media. So if you're using 54" media, make the table at least 55" wide. This will...
