    I have tried 3 different brands of 13oz cheaper banner, (yes they are all made in china by the same company I am sure), but I have just found that it is best to watch it and roll out slack in the back. It sucks, but at least I can see the printer from my desk and keep an eye on it.

    Do you have any color fills or strokes assigned? When I export from Corel as an eps that I am going to cut in omega, I have only a stroke in Corel so I can see it. Once I am in Omega, I take the stroke off and it cuts just fine.

    I have a RAID 10 set up. 4 - 1 TB hard drives. 2 drives are my hard drive and the other 2 are a mirror. Can never have to many backups.

    It definitely was not pulled correctly/tight enough. Also that fact that it is black does not help. As it gets hot it will wrinkle, and you will have to go back and tighten it, even if it was pulled tight to begin with.
