Thanks for the info...They are 20 ft banners so they definately were rolled up on the take up.
I used the canned ultraflex banner material in onyx it doesnt say gloss or matte but regardless I can try to pull the ink limits.

it is an adhesive vinyl sticker. You can only stretch it so far until it "pops". You should only use heat to smooth out the vinyl when you see "fingers" or when you need help to conform to curves. DO NOT HEAT AND STRETCH it will bounce back and that is what your seeing happen in the body lines.
plus not really sure how that is that it has opened a customer base due to the simple fact the customer doesnt even deal with the printer or installer. The only customer base you would be with is Original wraps because the dealer puts the order into them not you.

I cant help with the large bubbles but all I can say is you probably didnt install properly would be my guess...On the body line channel. Your problem was you heated and pushed in.
dizzy how did you get the port to be recognized? I cant get my serial to usb driver to recognize in device manager it says code 10 port cannot be opened which flexi says the same thing that it cannot open port.
I installed the cd driver that came with the cable but still no luck? Maybe I am...
I agree I am sure the price would go up but I like the standoff idea as well. They look great I used print on PVC with a clear piece of acrylic over it.
I am curious to this to I did a graphic for testing printed on IJ35c I post heated but probably not enough the next day it was on the floor. So I would say do not use IJ35c if it is printed
Oh the joys of people expecting stuff for free and think there is NO TIME involved in the smallest jobs. Sometimes it is just not worth the hassle but it sounds like you handled talking with him and everything great.
