  1. Dimensional Virgin. Mounting Help Please

100% silicone with studs and pads, sticks great to stucco. Make sure you really seal the holes or water will seep in and cause long term issues.

Looks like your material is moving on you, even slight movement up and down will cause that - especially with a an up cutting bit.
  3. Coro on a router

Its been a while but I tried lots of bits and the best was a straight 2 flute in climb mode - got very clean edges.
  4. Need help with replacing lighted sign panels

I would also recommend having an electrician fix that mud box - the conduit looks like its loose and probably pulling the wires which are also rubbing on the box.
  5. Pantone Colors and Matthews Paint Matching

95% of the time the Matthews formulas are right on but its really easy to be off when your mixing smaller amounts. What I dont understand is, how hard is it to check the color before spraying or at least sending it out. Sounds like they dont have a Pantone book which is a big problem. When I mix...

  13. Retro Logo Design

seems really disjointed to me and I agree that the hand and wrench dont have the style as the rest. I would really simplify that and go for a more iconic look on the wrench, something like this... but not ugly

  17. Do it right the first time

I am usually very careful about this and usually go overboard with quality control as I really like to sleep well at night and not think about what could go wrong. BUT I got lazy a couple of times lately. This morning I had to be downtown Seattle at 5:30 to add some nuts on the backs of a...
