    flat, we use coroplast to make a roll fold folder to keep them in, backing paper between them, bit of velcro for the flap then slide the whole thing into a ups plastic shipping bag. Customers like the folder thing, they need a place to keep them clean in the trunk.

    Always Cast...however there are some great calendared vinyls out there. I have trailers still looking good after 5 years using Calendared. It depends on what you are doing. A thousand decals or a single wrap.

    was it the tape? I have never had a problem with VBH. I use so much of it though that the plaster is stuck to the sign. option 2 is screw a small acrylic panel to the wall and tape to that.
