Just did a ford similar last month, here are the sizes i had. The rear box appears to be the same. Hopefully this can at least help you out a little Drivers door: 40.5" at the body line above the door handle. The upper "box" was 133"x 26.5"

Keep an eye on those EXP dates when you get inks in. We got a set in for our mamaki and half were expired when we got them. I didnt even know to look until i plugged them in and got the same type of error you had. :banghead:

sign is 30x46. I like the idea of a metal frame skirting the whole thing but its an odd shape.

Customer has us wanting to hang his cnc sign from a frame hanging off the building... originally was quoted as just mounting flat on the building.
