    This most likely has nothing to do with PLT files and everything to do with your printer. Do you get this haze on other file types?

    Keep the design vector if possible. Also, it sounds like you need to flatten your image prior to saving. Then you should have more export choices. Half scale at 300 ppi is probably overkill. 72ppi at full size should be fine.

    Also, check your rear and front feed and take-up reels and make sure that they are aligned and that the media is feeding square in to the machine.

  11. bubbles form on laminate film days later

    I'm not sure about outgassing causing bubbles in laminated prints as I've never witnessed it. However, ink does continue to dry after an hour. I've seen full-bleed contour cuts completely curl up around the edges due to being cut too soon after printing. The same print/cut job behaves...
  12. HELP! Gradient is prinitng a different color using Rolands Colors.

    I'm guessing that this has something to do with the gradient's color mode not matching that of the color(s) of which it is composed. For example, if your are printing from a CMYK swatch table, the gradient color mode should be set to CMYK.
