I understand Magic Jack can have problems with some older faxes, but at $20 a year...
I think I'll be replacing our two Vonage lines with Magic Jack later in the year.
We have a $5 a month ad-on to the 1800 number that emails faxes to us.
They will be back wasting your time again after Susie Q drops the ball.
I have a policy to run a mile when anyone mentions the word "networking". It's a bunch of people all sucking on each others time and not producing a thing...except empty coffee cups.
I run this business with my wife as my partner, she does sales and financial, I do design and production. It works. It's safe to say if we didn't have this combination we would never have made it through the worst of the recession. It can be great....
but before you make the decision realize...
How about partial wraps? When the cost of a full wrap is causing a customer problems we try to work it into a partial that in many cases is as eye catching as the full.
I think the main issue is the perception that when business is slow you spend less on promotion.
This issue has been around for a long time in the litho print world. Thats why you see color balanced viewing stations and spectrometers for sampling color density.
The fact is it will always be a compromise. You print on your machine (that has a bias) you view under lighting (that has a...
I say Roland because they seem to be more dependable (and I have one), but really all of the printers are mature enough in development that they will give you what you need. with few problems.
Each has slight advantages, all will do the job. The real decider is your local supplier and...
Ha! Ontario Hydro... $1300 for two months.
Had the Air on solid over the summer and this covers the business too, but I almost fell off my chair. And they are saying at least another 20% hike next year.
I'm getting a roland solar powered printer
should be strong enough, you can also put an X of tape in the middle to stop ballooning.
The grommets will also help hold it together...
or you could just use double sided banner...?
I can't see why the two sides can't be printed as one long banner and hinged on one side...even if its the...
Usually we don't fold down the edges on this. Just print the two sides butted together, fold, hem then grommet. If you do fold over the edges you can end up with a crazy amount of vinyl at the corners.
I guess the same applies to tape.
:thumb:
I also have to second the thing can't last on the outside of the glass.
The first time you clean it half the fine lines will be gone.
This is a print on clear thing.
Okay, turn your single sided banner over, print on the back and tell me its as good.
The benner you print on with your Eco-Sol inks IS treated to better hold solvent inks.
I know what you need, We do them for customers all the time. there is really no alternative but to draw a map. We use the google map as a template, sometimes even keeping the same colors.
There are a lot of tutorials out there, particularly for illustrator.
Welcome,
Why 2 years before you open your shop, is this a part time thing?
I do like your honesty though.
Don't knock the calvin market, I see a couple of those every week.
See the signage thing is the easy part. This is the classic mistake of startup sign shops.
The ability to go out and sell said signage is the key.
If you are hungry enough the best and cheapest way is to cold call and burn shoe leather. It is hard (and I'm terrible at it), but it works...
