What if you extend the black down to incorporate the secondary copy?

In post 19 Flame has already said that they sell templates individually.

Yes it's writable with normal chalk or liquid chalk pen. Don't know about printing on it, never needed to, but someone else may have.

Might work on cheaper or thinner faced composite panel but if certainly won't on good quality panel....especially with the light one swipe with the blade he done.

Sightline, you don't need to weigh any more as your still cutting the same thickness. A friend of mine has one and when we cut something a little thicker we both step on the bar. Cheers Gary

IF I was going to buy another one, I would get one that cuts 8' sheets length ways. 4' is ok for small stuff but I cut a lot of sheets length ways so a 8 footer would be better than using the saw.

Park it facing the sun for a few days, the heat will expand the metal and pull the bubbles down, when it cools....bubbles be gone. When you say bubbles, do you mean just a few or heaps & heaps? If its particles under the vinyl they will always be seen.

Looks ok to me but do you think the flouro yellow diamond reflective might be a bit bright compared to the rest of the colours in your design.

Try designing to scale in Google SketchUp (Free). I know a guy who designed a caravan in this program and the measurements were exact when it came to cutting the framework. http://www.sketchup.com/ Heres some ideas on what can be designed in 3d as an example...

Clear plastic type mask sucks and will always tunnel, use normal paper type mask and roll with the vinyl outside. There is no need to use clear for anything other than lining up multiple color graphics because...did I mention that clear sucks. Get some High tack mask with RLA which sticks to...
