    Select the areas with the drop shadows and hit "flatten Transparency". Than trun off "preserve over prints and spot colors". Some one may have some better info soon.

    Word of caution when doing reverse prints on clear with a white backer. The clear adhesive may not be as clear as it looks. There's usually a bit of a color shift when viewed through the adhesive. I find that oracle 3651 has a yellow tinge to it so your prints will looks more yellow than you...

    Proof that you can print on clear. Sorry, crappy cell phone pics. From left to right. Reverse print on cleat with white backer mounted inside window. Clear mounted to milk plexi the last 2 are clear mounted to clear plexi for stained glass look. This is all printed at double pass.

    There are companies that are starting to recycle it. They're also recycling pre-mask and some vinyls. Not sure if it's available in your area but it's starting to happen around here.

    Sounds like one of your jets has a little clog in it and it's spraying ink side ways instead of straight down. I could be wrong but I'd give it a good cleaning.
