The best solution would be to remove the wallpaper, print and install new wallpaper. The better wallpaper pastes crystalize once dry and remove cleanly.

Turned out to be the media. Really tough luck. 3 rolls of 60 yard media gave us the same problem but we have had no issues whatsoever with 30 yard rolls. Strange.

You probably need to enter a media compensation for that material. Your X axis is dead on and that is typical for inkjets whereas your Y axis is off which is also typical for inkjets.
