.040 aluminum would be too flimsly, IMO. If it's going to be mounted directly to the post, I'd use dibond or alumalite. If it's going to be hanging from a sign bracket so that it swings, I'd use MDO for the extra weight. Otherwise I'd stick with the dibond or alumalite panels to avoid...
I've never seen anyone wrap a vehicle by himself. But I saw an old boy installing 5' x 12' wall mural panels solo. He had squeegees in both hands giving it hell.

I like the back with the addition of the boat, I just think the type is too big on the front. Not enough white space makes me not even want to read it, like when I see a 1,000-word paragraph in someone's post.
I like 'em. My only concern is where do I keep it when you give it to me? I have to wrestle with regular-sized business cards to get them to go in my wallet.
I'm not going to narc on a guy who is bold enough to tell a stranger that he is getting guns and ammo illegally. He might not be the brightest guy in the world, but it shouldn't take him long to figure out that I was the one that turned him in. Then he's gonna come back and shoot my ace. No thanks.
Not sure if it was the same article, but years ago I saw something similar as well. That's why I don't do them. I tell the customer they are not needed. They can add them if they want, but I won't do it for them.
Not sure about that paint. But if it isn't oil-based enamel, the vinyl will not stick. If it is latex (the kind you use water to clean up with instead of thinner), it will not work.
