  1. Walldoggin in Plymouth WI

Thanks for coming over to this part of the state! Looking forward to going through Plymouth soon to check them out in person.
  2. I think I will be a vegetarian...

Look up "meat glue" on YouTube. American mass food is really, really gross but more important, to me, is that it's relatively tasteless. Grass-fed, open range meat is so much better tasting and vegetables grown in the proper seasons and geolocations with organic techniques have tons more...
  3. Mimaki jv3 130 spII runs out of ink but no low warning!!!

Reporting doesn't work on our JV3-160SP either, we do essentially what MikePro does. It's really annoying. Been trying to convince the boss to go bulk to eliminate the problem.
  4. A con Artist Customer

Not everyone has the cashflow or sales capacity to approach those numbers much less the space or staff. Otherwise yes, everyone would do it. Wholesale can be highly profitable.
  5. new name - new logo

Good for you, anything constructive? The point is an update with bright colors and modern-retro typefaces. Bebas Neue fits the task quite well, the graphics face I'm not too fond of but it was a quick deal to get something up before I continued with my day. The bill I quite like as a logomark...
  6. new name - new logo

Don't like the 30 second rough concept or don't like the idea of lossless compression?
  7. new name - new logo

Stick with Toucan, rework. Quick take attached. (Letterhead's new Mocha Script could be nice for the "graphics" too or something along those lines). edit: The signs101 image attachment compression really did a number on the gradients. Fred maybe time to upgrade to lossless compression...
  8. Need Some Help

In fact cheap scripts usually mean the opposite. OP, you really need to take some design and art history classes asap, see you in a few years.
  9. this will be an interesting day....

The fact that it's so heavily printed is probably working in your favor, the solvent makes the vinyl a bit more stretchable.
  10. Skewed ghost image - head staggered 1.5"

    a) post a picture b) go into maintenance mode and go through all of the fine adjustments
  11. Old Display Case....Graphic Suggestions?

Brand it with a wrap that continues your business's visual style and fill it with samples you can show people.
  12. A con Artist Customer

Have to agree with mike, responding with "why did you even ask them for another price when I was already making them for you" is just rude and naive. Either you can compete at that price or you compete a bit higher and provide better service or better design or whatever, or you don't get the...
  13. Illuminated Car Magnets?

You can buy that el-panel stuff wholesale and just make them yourself. http://www.ceelite.com/
  14. Crazy concept

    I win the thread. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8umVKXfcutA
  15. Water transfer printing

It's neat but the last thing I want around is more nasty chemicals. I'll leave it to the shops that are in more remote areas doing tons of camo wraps.
  16. Samsung Galaxy Tab Opinions

Seriously guys just google Netflix on Android and you'll get 300 pages telling you how to install the Netflix APK on any Android phone (2.2+ works best).
  17. Happy hot dog man.

When I first saw the octodog a few years ago I thought of those squid dudes in the Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire movie.
  18. Trailer Door

Impressive that the customer supplied the photos and was squared up nicely to the trailer when they shot it. I have a hell of a time getting people to shoot squared.
  19. New BC Design.

Negative space is a little awkward on the front side, did you grid the design? See attached, logo is low in relation and there doesn't seem to be any intentional grid structure, objects seem to be arbitrarily placed in relation to their surrounding negative space. Ends up feeling uncomfortable.
  20. Beer City Inc has entered the building

Welcome, lots of us from Wisconsin on the boards!
