Okay... I did try pulling the ink from the bottom of the damper. One does fill.... I re-installed it back on the head.... Try filling the second and it sucks from the first damper instead of the "Y" where the two split.
I did try to do a "little charge" and a cleaning. to no avail. The bubbles...
I did a quick search and couldn't find an answer.
I let my magenta run out of ink and got air in the lines. I tried sucking the ink through the lines by removing the line from the top of the baffle. I have ink to the splitter but every time I release suction from the line I get bubbles again...

I was asked to try to print a "Championship" cloth banner for a our high school. I have tried several products and just can't seem to get them to print right with tweeking passes and delay times. My saturation and bleed is just not right! Using a Mutoh 1304 and eco-solv inks.
Is this for fabric...
What are you guys using to mount photo paper to foamcore?
Three weeks ago I printed 24 X 36 photo ads, used super 77 to glue them to the 1" foam core... They are bubbling pretty bad!
Any ideas?

We have a gentleman in our shop that dips merchandise.... Interesting process.... we have been experimenting with laser engraving it...pretty good results...

Hello all...not new here...just quietly hanging in the background absorbing all the great information available.
We purchased a 54" Motoh printer and a 54" GCC plotter. Mainly for banners and backdrops. It has taken over a month to get both machines working properly.... Replacing the plotter...
You don't have to stick with vector art for sublimation either. We use quite a bit of photographs as well as photo illustrations.
If you are not a photographer, there are plenty for sale without restrictions on the net.
Cut a whole in the box....anyone can do the same ole-same ole available in...
It could be pad printed, as mentioned, but not a heat process. There is a chemical you can apply to the product, sublimate and then clear coat. It's not that durable though. It also has to withstand approx. 380 degree temps. I have used on a few occasions with not so great results.

We are running win 7 pro with X5.... It's very unstable for us too! Good to see I am not the only one either. We can't get all the Cd's to load properly... and no help from Corel, which surprised me!
X3 runs fine we have been a user since version 9 with no complaints.
I'm sure they will get...
