This is very odd to me. 7.6v2 does not check for this type of registration best I recall. Didn't reboot enough times? :) How many have you tried? Reboot one more time, clear the preferences and then plug in the dongle. Let me know.

Which version of Flexi Rick? Did you have the key on a different computer anytime recently?

I think Gene was referring to the durability of the ink on the media by "scrubbing it with a paper towel". Not the printhead.

Once the release notes are available, I am sure it will show more than just these three items. But, I do understand your point and stance. Upgrading may not prove viable or needed for everyone. For me, upgrading from CS2 to CS5 isn't worth it either... as much as I use the software.

Upgrading from any version prior to 8.5/8.6 is simply saving you money now by getting the 10 upgrade for free. Essentially, you are upgrading to 10 for the price of upgrading to 8.6. For those of you that are at 8.5 or 8.6, they have not forgotten about you and something will be offered once...

File names will vary but when installed, the font name should be read by windows and therefore read correctly. Try one to check

Power off the printer, shutdown and restart Flexi. Restart the printer and open production manager... Go to Setup>Test Print See if it does the test print from the software. If not, Reset the Preferences to Default and setup the printer again. Question: same file keeps freezing or all files...

I believe you will need 3. Just be sure to NOT mix the aqueous cleaning fluid with the solvent ink... Instant GEL! You will need both aqueous and solvent cleaning cartridges. 45 minutes to do the entire process or so.
