A salesman came to my shop yesterday and was pitching me the Oce Colorado. I was telling him I wasn't interested because its a niche printer just for wall graphics basically. He had a 18oz double sided banner print that looked very high quality but when I bent the banner the inks cracked but...
The problem I have noticed with most papers is that they are to stiff or ridged and they tend to "dome" which causes printhead strikes. I understand that we want a nice thick paper so the ink gets in there without over saturation like on thinner paper. My question is does this paper cause...
Not much you can do because it is on their property indoors.
What I would do in this case is email them a warning if the invoice is not paid in X amount of days a Mechanics Lien will be put on the property.
If they don't respond or pay then call a lawyer to place a Mechanics Lien on their...

Also I would suggest this instead of the style you posted. You said drilling wasn't an issue so these you would drill in.

I think that shop looks really nice. The name is not that great though but in reality all the good names are taken.
So many people so quick to knock someone else's hard work that they have put into their business.
I have a 3 series but my best red comes when I print Pantone 187c.
Not sure if that would be better but there are a lot of reds to print and not just the profile to worry about.
Also check your hold down wheels and lower wheels. They tend to get gummed up or vinyl stuck to them which may cause them to slip which may throw off the lines.
