We had the RBW-1500 and it was okay going from hem tape. I quickly got tired of it though. The hems looked horrible how it melts then "roll stamps" the weld. We got a Leister ST banner welder. Man I wish I bought that first but I don't think it was out yet. It welds beautifully and very easy to use.

I would use an .080 aluminum as your substrate. I think the dibond would blow out due is not being very strong at the set screw points.

I think that shop looks really nice. The name is not that great though but in reality all the good names are taken. So many people so quick to knock someone else's hard work that they have put into their business.

Also in the "Output Setting" drop down in the Rip and Print. Make sure it set to Use Color Correction.

I have a 3 series but my best red comes when I print Pantone 187c. Not sure if that would be better but there are a lot of reds to print and not just the profile to worry about.

Also check your hold down wheels and lower wheels. They tend to get gummed up or vinyl stuck to them which may cause them to slip which may throw off the lines.
