Sounds like we have the exact same set up for our shop. I wanted to get into the HDU signs like you posted. While I was in Breckenridge, CO. on vacation I saw a lot of very very nice HDU signs around town. Almost every shop had one for their sign. I was curious what type of router I would need...
I do this all the time not to waste material. Just lay out the 25" x 96" piece in a new page that is approximately 52" x 100" then add all the other stickers or signs next to it. It its to large to rip for some reason I would reduce the size of the image you are copying over and over to fill the...
I have a Roll-X Professional 470/175 flatbed applicator that I would recommend taking a look at. The thing I love about it is the table height adjustments. Each leg is independently adjustable with a click of a switch to get it level on an uneven floor. If you want to move the table just lower...
I know with my HP 360 they suggested putting this foam piece on the carriage so it doesn't move around. Not sure about the Roland but you should check into it.
I would imagine you would need to build a steel building on your land separate from your house. I can't imagine having a flat bed printer and CNC in your house.
First you would have to narrow down the type of steel building or whatever you can afford to build. Then get the dimensions of...
What I always do is print an extra 2" strip to go over the seam in the middle. It hides the seam and help hold the two panels together.
Another thing you can do to make sure it doesn't move is add a 2" to 6" strip on the back (kinda like the vinyl you apply to the front) out of .040 aluminum...
I started working with a very large construction company which I was very happy to work with. Then all the headaches started. First started with the huge insurance requirements (which I had them pay), then the huge contract that I had to fill out, safety requirements etc, notarizations. I do the...
Exactly. I have a Roll-X table with a cutting mat and when I whip it down with a microfiber cloth I get a shock from the side of the table right on the head of my you know what. I was hoping that blue roller doesn't promote static and if I can add a small extension pole to it.
I need to find a supplier that sells 4'x4' LED light box that I can hang in a window. It can either be a snap frame or slide in type. A customer of mine wants to hang it and just plug it in the socket.
I know of a place but the largest they go is 3'x4'
Thanks in advance.
I am also looking for good methods to do this. We used to just whip down panels with paper towels. Now I am using microfiber towels but I am having an issue with getting shocked every damn time. Do those rollers cause any static shock?
Welcome to the forums Scot!!
I just would like to say I admire all your work. I've been subscribed to your YouTube channel for several years. I have always been interested in window splashes. Your one of the best window artists I have ever seen. I just wish there were more artists like you...
