Congrats on the purchase. I should be getting mine hopfully next Monday. Excited to get printing on it.
Whats up with the huge Google ad right in the middle of your post?
We don't offer that size. We make the panels but try to stick to a few stock frames and not get to crazy. When ever someone requests the 18x30 I recommend the 20x28
I have several of that size in stock. I could sell you one and ship it to you. It might be worth while to buy say 4 so that shipping charge gets divided into each frame.
BTW 30h x 24w is a standard size we carry along with the 18x24, 20x28, 24x36
You need a rotary hammer drill with a bit made for going through concrete with rebar. You can go to home depot.

I have a Roll-X table and I tried to use the holder thing they have for the transfer tape and it didn't work very well. I think that may of happened when I tried it too.
What I do is just start the transfer tape as if you were going to do it the old fashion way without a application table then...
I've noticed this on the back side of paper materials and on some liners (not printed side) I always figured it was the rollers making those marks before the print. The only material I print double sided is 18oz banner and I don't see them on either side of the print when the banners come out.
I'm not sure how much business you will get locally just doing stickers. It seems like how they have their website set up is the way to go. They have a much much wider net selling online. Decals are also great for shipping because they are mostly small or can be rolled up. As for my business I...
Correct. But what could of happened is they typed (2x) signs in the discription but forgot to add it in the quantity so it multiplied the amount. Added a separate line item with a discount. Didn't pay attention to the estimate before sending it.
I really think who ever did that estimate messed it up It says in the description that it is (x2) but it only shows in the line item it is 1. Must of been an employee quoting it and not the owner.
The sales guy that came by was dumbfounded when I told him the printer wasn't any good. He was convinced it was the best technology out and there wasn't any issues with it.
