Why clear? I don't think you're going to find a pressure-sensitive wall vinyl in clear, especially a 72" roll. What are you trying to accomplish with this? Just wondering if there are other options for you?

Yeah, the new Volvos are super nice, much nicer than I think most people expect. I still like the older ones though, they're just so quirky and strange and Swedish. Yeah yeah yeah, the original question... I'd go with the color change vinyl, it'll look better if you're just doing a solid color...

I'd highly recommend you contact Gene. We've only used him once, but he did a fantastic job, price was right, and you couldn't beat the turnaround time or service. Excellent guy, we'd definitely use him again!

He says the trailer is a POS, so I'm going to guess the screws are probably rusted in place. I've yet to meet an old trailer that you can get all of the screws out of. New trailers, yes, pull them out, wrap with calendered, even a low-tack removable calendered, put screws back in and be done...

I'd bite the bullet and just do it in regular wrap vinyl. Going to a cheaper vinyl will save them in material, but it'll make the install labor significantly harder, the finished product won't look amazing, and you'll regret it when the time comes to remove it. If nothing else, just the removal...

Haha! They usually drive older Mercedes! Yeah, swap a 350 engine in it. I've seen quite a few done, pretty awesome.

Lower it, swap in a 350, color-wrap it and be done with it. I loooove Volvos, had 4 850s and an S70, but never a 240. Always wanted to pick one up for a project car, done up right they can be about as cool as it gets. Super easy to work on, and not hard to make quick either, surprisingly.

And you're sure they're seated properly with no air leaks? It's not unheard of to get bad dampers right out of the box, even OEM, so you might just have some bad ones. Is any ink spraying at all or is that half completely blank? Have you tried doing a few more ink fill-ups to see if you can...

Are those aftermarket dampers or OEM? We have had issues with aftermarket before, we ended up having to go back to OEM for 3 times the cost, but they work better.

Have you tried CET directly? We found tubing at Grainger in a pinch, but it wasn't perfect, CET ended up sending us new tubing to replace that, so they should have it in stock I'd think. We've been using syringes from Tractor Supply believe it or not...

I'd recommend Phototex, but definitely figure out what they mean by "soft"...

Is this a permanent or temporary installation? If temporary, I'd go with MacTac Wall Noodle or Roodle depending on if the print bleeds or not. Wall Noodle needs about 1/4"-1/2" white around it to avoid edge curl, Roodle is for full-bleed images. We've only experimented with Roodle so far but it...
