Yup, Key is Ultraflexx (actually it's Starflex, who is the actual manufacturer of Ultraflex...). Good stuff. Most, if not all of their BriteLine vinyl is General Formulations, also good stuff. Nothing high end but we've been using GF films for years and have zero complaints whatsoever.

Yeah Gary, that really sucks. We use the Columbus branch regularly and have never had any major problems like that. And they're usually really good if problems to arise, they've always taken care of us. Hopefully someone there will get you taken care of.

Just make sure you only use a lint free cloth lightly dampened with water, distilled water if you can get your hands on it. DO NOT use any sort of solvent or abrasive cleaner on it.

Try running at a higher resolution and slowing the printer down. Canvas is really hard to print on our JV33 and was on our JV3s also, the ink likes to puddle in the low spots of the canvas washing it out a bit. We found going to a high number of passes and unidirectional gave us the best...
