Walk away from all fabric on latex unless its canvas and even then some brands are iffier than others. Trust me. Think why they rushed out the stitch line so quickly after the the big latex on fabric push.
fed ex's model of having contractors handling ground packages seems to be the main issue. but since this thing started theyve been at least 5 to 10 days behind on all packages going ground. express seems to be right on sched. ups, depending on the shipping also seems behind 3 to 8 days atm. for...
dude that is a good point. now with something designed to reduce print issues due to low quality plastics, why wouldnt you as a business, go cheaper to make more money. as s****y as that is, that would make sense. the roller does work to a degree though. i had to run samples for a customer on...
thanks for the luck! i might end up doing that. need one rotation haha. i just wanted to see if anyone had any idea short of muscling it around. didnt want to force the motor if i didnt have to. that will be my next move though! thanks man!
hey all!
Got a bit of a weird question. over the last couple rolls of material we've run, ive had some adhesive leeching out on the edges. Does anyone know if theres a way to move the drive roller so i can clean that puppy up? Functionally its not causing any issue, i just hate looking at it...
if your looking for a commercial wallcovering that wallpaper paste is needed for, we've used the Ultraflex Bali Hai media for some applications and have really liked printing on it. havent seen much in the way of shrinkage or stretching.

not entirely sure about the particulars. wasnt involved in planning unfortunately. had this dumped on my lap by a sales/graphics person who had immediately left our company in the days after the order was taken.
Hey all!
Just wanted to see if anyone had any possible reccomendations on shops that have the capabilities to produce a 20 foot by 50 foot banner for a client we have. We just dont have the space here to be able to accommodate that kind of size. Thanks for all in advance!
the only way you can do a cleaning is with the carts in. those MUST be in in order to do a clean unless you want to compound the problem by possibly sucking air into the lines.
DP max metal i believe is pre treated for uv imaging. ive never had great luck with our 700/750 with DP on any aluminum, even the direct print stuff. also i dont want to take out 12000 worth of heads on the off chance you have an edge lift. i have heard horror stories from a few techs. we did it...
dope dude. yeah whenever we have any extra scrap small pieces ill do stuff like that with concert photos (mostly phish haha) and they look amazing. the stage shots with the LED's almost make the image look live. definitely some cool stuff there.
looks pretty cool dude. always love experimenting with stuff like this for small personal projects. could maybe get an led strip and point it up from the bottom to make it glow a bit! just an idea!
