yeahh. the most obvious is often the culprit. im gonna assume it had either a bit of ink built up or picked up something on the carraige that blocked some nozzles briefly and the cleaning kit/maintenance cart swooped it off after a few passes.
hmm. can you look at the makeup(CMYK value) of that yellow color? trying to see if the yellow lettered area is supposed to have the magenta in the color itself. otherwise that could be cross contamination of the colors some how.
i would take a look at your printhead test plot and see what you get there. take pics and report back. hard to say. only the first pic i saw could really see anything.
that almost looks like its hitting something in your curing tunnel. can you look up while its printing to verify?? also 241 seems very very high for heat imo. on my 560 im running it around 210 on 6pass.
Not a fan of such blatant attempts like this. its too open. it invites conflict and pushes the world further into dislike of our actions. unilaterally killing someone is never a good idea if youve already got an image problem.
yeahh that doesnt look like a good time. we've done container wraps with mesh banners several times and even those are a huge pain. id run from wrapping and push banner as others have said. if wrapping with vinyl is a must, id run unless they were paying you enough to buy a house cash. because...
why blanks? depending on the size/qty you should have an easier time running them on full rolls rather than trying to print on blanks/applying vinyl to blanks.
thermistor would be my guess. could be an oring. check ink bags too. ive had a hose come off the nozzle and suck air for an hour or two before we realized what had happened.
