Very nice work Joe. If I were the OP I'd send you a PM on what it take to hire you.
  2. HP L25500 & Onyx x10 problems

Hmmm..... I dont think it is a printer issue, unless you have noticed your alignment or nozzle tests printing mirrored. Have you spoken with Onyx directly about this?
  3. HP L25500 & Onyx x10 problems

Post pictures of both the defected print and the correct one.
  4. hp9000s media jam

If the carriage moves smoothly and the paper feeds and pulls normally it could be a bad motor throwing an overcurrent error. I would have to take a look at the service error log to determine what the problem is. Time for a service call, unless you feel up to cracking open the machine.

  8. Flexy w/HP LX 25500

I use it with the HP L25500 for some sticker jobs and it works well. I'm not a fan of the profiling engine they have though.
  9. HP L25500 & Onyx x10 problems

The only time I have had image reversal issues is when I built a profile and the lookup table (final set of swatches) was corrupted. This caused a major reversal and looks like a weird negative image in some places. Has anyone has been fooling around with your profiles?
  10. Ink draining out

+1 and remove any strings or debris from the caps and printhead. I have seen a "wicking effect" drain all of the ink from a line.
  11. SUMMA D140 R Troubleshooting

I would suspect the power supply unit. Check the power output with a volt meter.
  12. Heaters will not warm up

I think I remember fuses under the platen on that model, you might check to see if you just have a blown fuse.
  13. GS6000 Regular Cleaning Frequency

After what I have seen with the green and orange inks clogging, I think that 6 hs interval might be a good idea.
  14. HP L25500 & Onyx x10 problems

If you are wondering if you have image quality problems and dont know if the problem is hardware or software follow these steps: 1. Print tests directly from the L25500 firmware, if they print with no artifact then you can rule out the printer. 2. Print the Onyx test files out of the...

He He... I like that one.
  16. FLAAR report on SEPIAX Ink

Just checking in on any US based installs of the Sepiax. Hows it going so far?
  17. New Owners of the HP L25500

Click on the little "i" info balloon next to the printer name.
  18. Destroy me as usual..

I agree with Jill. Nice execution on the fence pickets though!

  20. L2550 warning! End of media tape mess!

I have had tape come off inside the machine with no problems, but if it gets lodged in the roller slot it can be a pain to dig out. Best to eye those rolls when they are down to the last few feet and unwind the last manually to check for tape.
