Thanks insignia. I just want to confirm that it's in the Media Type Selection (where the comps are) Says Heater -> Step Time, StandBy : Off Time. Default on it was 10 minutes standby and 20 minutes off time. There isn't another place to set Heater off time right?

I've recently noticed that our heaters are not turning off after print. Settings on the panel are set to 10 minutes standby and 20 minutes shutdown. After doing a long print run at EOD, coming back an hour later the heaters are still on. We are using Colorgate and I think it's an issue...

Highly Recommend running a Raid 5. We have 1 Tera Byte backup on a 4 drive Raid 5. Put it together for less that $800. Raid 5 Means you'll have to loose 2 drives to really loose anything. If one drive fails you pop another in and restore the raid from the other drives.

Our 5100 seems to do this from time to time. Seems to do it after an abort. We've learned to turn it completely off then back on if we abort a cut. Could be signlab, have you tried cutting master? Hopefully our new FC8000 doesn't do it.
