I agree with checking the dampers. Also get a flashlight and check all around the carriage. One time we had and issue sort of like this, and it turned out there was a HUGE fuzz ball right on the front of the carriage.

Word of warning before you use any drive wiper. Make sure the drives are extra cooled. Put a standard personal fan on the drive enclosure or server. I lost an external drive I was wiping after it got too hot due to all of the writing to the drive.

CS4 works good with Windows 7 64bit.

Is that for the JV33? I've not seen a bulk ink system for the jv33 other than the mimaki one.

Is anyone using a Bulk ink system for the Jv33? If so who is it from, hows it working for you? We are spending way too much on ink now.

Every print from a Mutoh I've seen looks muted and dull at trade shows. Our Mimaki puts them to shame. We are in the same boat as well. Looking for something faster. I have my eye on the Seiko h-74s 100 SMPH, if that is true.
