profiles are set up in a lab under perfect conditions using a machine that runs perfect. so yes you will have to tweak all profiles to fit your machine and environment.

look on the underside of your carriage. might have something stuck, ot something broken thats hanging down. do you have a cutting blade that didnt disengage?

if you can cut around the front handle it stays, if you have to tuck under it, i would remove it. the back. doesnt need removed for this job.

the rubber rollers, need to be scuffed up with like a 3m scratch pad or something.
the rollers should be evenly spaced apart
each roller should have the same exact pressure setting
