If you can spray with Matthews, the plastic primer should work well. I think it's called Tie something. I've never Cnc cut into ACM like this, but I would be concerned about that super thin aluminum causing problems.

We use 3mm ACM. Yes, contractors will spec plastic or fiberglass or other weird materials. Just tell your customer ACM (or whatever your preferred material) is what it is going to be.

8ft can be a little on the longer side, depending what model Graphtec you have. You have to make sure it is feeding through VERY straight.
