Might try a static guard spray. We used to use it when printing directly to pvc. We also have a wide type of roller that's sticky to run over the sheet. Kind of like a lint roller. Comes with a tear off sticky pad to "renew" the roller with.
Still chugging here in NW Florida. No complete shut down just minimizing staff to 32 hrs a week. Getting a lot of orders for High School grad yard signs now. Couple of vehicle installs and waiting on the word from the college on a job that got put on hold.
We price per linear foot and yes, install is worked into the quote as well. Couldn't quote on the spot though. It would have to be put together by a designer then see how they can best fit it into a cut file and then estimate time and distance to install. If you're shopping to undercut another...

The Mark Detect happens twice. The first(from the plotter) is to make sure it has the room to plot. The second happens when you hit plot from FineCut to get her actual coordinates of what is to be cut.
What length are you plotting? Anything over 120" is going to be tough. We'll do multiple runs...
Awesome!

Very rare occasion you can get by with the outermost pinch rollers falling outside the substrate to get maximum cut width. As long as you have the other two holding somewhere.
We don't have a print AND plot Mimaki. Also anything that requires machine cut will be laminated and I believe that...
Hard to tell with a pdf. Something could be happening on eps output. Check your settings in illy. Also very rarely do we print eps files. We use a mimaki plotter only for plotting. We print with an HP. We then open the file in Corel then use the FineCut plugin to plot. The same can be done with...
