well there is a small list of issues. cleaning kit for one. it could be causing part of his issues. now with out looking at it physically. he could have very bad cracked heads or improper installation of them could of broke the ink inputs on the carriage. those are the areas i would start with...
thats what i would suggest. look at all your outsourced items and start bringing them in house. thats what we been doing over the last 2 years. bringing stuff back in house that we have been subbing out
sounds like something wasnt set up properly from the start.
i would say that your profiles was not set up correctly.
you should have one for every different material you run and there was an issue with standard profiles hitting the correct color after a recent firmware update.
i would start from...
that will always happen when you pause your machine. since you laid down part of the color then stopped its started drying and curing already. then when you resume the coat of ink is different than a fresh pass.
best way is to not let your ink run out during a job. ink isnt so expensive that you...
well if your getting an inconsistent cut. the first thing to check is your cutter.
a good knife is always good, the holder needs to be in place properly. the knife should be in good and able to spin freely.
sensors cleaned. and the cutting base needs to be in good shape smooth and flat. your...
this is my steel storage cabinet. was bored and you would not believe the number of people that have seen my cabinet in this sport for a dozen years believe i got a vending machine.

if we have a single install that will take an hour. but if we have 3 or more of them, the first one is still an hour but the others would take us about 45 minutes. we still quote an...
i have used both the older L25500 and my newer 360
i liked them both but i have had a lot fewer issues with the 360.
for me print quality is only slightly better.
i am not sure on cost per print. but i spend more money on the vinyl than i do the printing.
i think maintenance is easier printing...
so i have had my hp 360 a couple years now, and i finally ran into an issue i might have to fix.
my machine has started failing on the print head alignment.
i get some generic error about substrate/led error
my guess is the sensor is either dirty or failing.
any suggestions on how to clean this...
i would like to complain about the cost of my tiny little knife in my cutter. or the price of ink per liter
cost of material is easily charged off to the customer or you carry a little extra inventory
i would set up a print swatch with only 100%k and 0%cmy
run a length of this and see if your black starts to fade. this will check to make sure there is proper ink flow. you can try it with the other colors also
