since you will be doing 2 prints, install the first but dont fully tuck it everywhere yet, install the second the same exact way so that the top and bottom start and stop about the same place. once the rough install is done, heat and tuck as needed. then make sure you do a post heat on it

looks like all your colors are having problems. if you been cleaning them all. i would suggest just getting a new head. make sure your capping station is in good clean working order. if you can remove your head, you could soak it in cleaning solution over night and see if that might help fix it...

i wouldnt mask the vinyl. its stiffer and wont work into the grooves. if you have cut letters you should mask it, stick it and then remove the mask to stuff it into the grooves

if you created the artwork you can. you do an install you should be able to use a photo of the final project. but its always good to get a release signed by the customer to use their name or artwork. asking nicely usually works great if you have a good working relationship.
