The faces look to be just screwed onto this inner frame. If the frame is still good, run flat bar up the sides and extend it about an inch above the top with holes in the flat bar to hang it form. The screw for the side mounted flat bar will get less stress and damage as it's on the sides rather...
That's a hard one. do they really have to stand off .5"? Can you talk them into flush mount? If not, maybe go with clear flame polished with black faces so that you can flush stud mount them.
60% deposit and the balance due upon completion. Ask them to have their check ready when picking up or if you go install. don't hand it over until you get paid.
Isn't a 24 hour clock just mean confusing times like 17 o'clock and such? I've never heard it mean everyone is on the same time/time zone. Where did you hear that one?
The article was interesting. The two logos are really different. One is simple and clear and the other cluttered. Take out who is running and just look at the logos, the black and white is much better than to overly fussy one. The tried to cram in way to many things into one little logo to the...
Anyone else think David Wolfe lives in his mom's basement and probably has a collection of Star Wars action figures. Past that I too never saw anything about $600 each to install.

I use a spot black and never really consider an Edge print as long lasting. We use ours for interior use type work, decals for products and labels. For exterior prints I have another source that does last and we use that instead. The end color on the 4 cp may be a little off but haven't had...
You need a blacksmith/steel fabricator as others have said.. At .125" thick, how are they mounted? The ones you show look like there are welded studs or maybe some kind of tab. If Gemini can do the .25" at .75" deep as cast, they would look so much better as the only other way is bending by hand...
It is impossible for you to know that a bad rough looking file is what it is suppose to look like unless the customer tells you. Any customer that you've lost because you've asked a question is an idiot as you are the "Vector Doctor" not Eric the mind reader ;)
