Cleaning the BBQ stainless is a PITA after every use. Today I tried Graphix Gone to get rid of all the residual I couldn't otherwise clean and it worked great. Followed it up with isopropyl alcohol to clean it up. This is all exterior surfaces, no food cooking surfaces.
Any downsides to this?
