I'm looking for a acrylic bending machine. I want something reliable that can do up to 1/4 thick acrylic. Not a DIY or hobby machine, but I don't want to spend 5k$ on it either. What are your suggestions? Thanks.

you will ALWAYS have problem using the halfcut other than with vinyl or something with a liner. Cut your poster by hand or buy a xy fotoba cutter for this application.

I have 2 small 14inX18in print on foamcore or something similar to print and contour cut. I had a supplier in Montreal for this kind of stuff but the company have been sold and the new owner don't do wholesale anymore. So I'm looking for a reference mainly in the Montreal area, but for this job...

Yes. I've even called them to be sure. They only have trims like J-shaped or U-shaped for thick material.

Exactly what I was about to suggest. I've just installed regular cast cut vinyl with clear premask on a concret ceiling with a rollepro and it work great. You can heat the vinyl with the premask on it and it work perfectly.

If you go that route, there is less expensive version made by Kala and Flexa.

No one in my area had the 3m models in stock. My install is mainly 3in wide band that is maximum 8ft long. I have also few cut vinyl that are 15in x 72in and 28inx28in. I hope the rollepro will do the trick for this job.
