My installer is having an issue putting cut vinyl letters over Rivets, The mask doesn't allow for the letter to lay flat over the Rivet and it's looking like ****. Any ideas? Were using Oracal 751 with ApliTape #4075 Mask.

These clear vinyls when installed do they look clear or cloudy? Anyone know of an optically clear printable vinyl? or the best they have seen?

if u get paid by the hour just do it. you should explain to him that $30 woth of cheap lam will still speed this job up a bunch and save him money. Its not that hard if u have low expectations of the $300 wrap. ur boss has got to be losing money on this job so it must be a friend.

I read about a HDU product called Deisngboard. I have used SignFoam and PrecisionBoard, but not Deisgn board, is Design board easier to handcarve or is basicallythe same product under a different brandname. Also anyone have any reccomendations on quality sculpting clay for signs?

I had an issue with doing gradients in illustrator with the spot colors, it seems to only print one spot color in the gradient and leave the rest white. Anyone else try this yet?
