What can I expect from the first service under warranty, do they replace parts free (Cap tops) or is it labour only.

When the guys from Roland (under warranty free service) come out once a year do they replace anything free, I just assumed they did the labour and charged me for the parts. Also what do the do that I don't do every week, cleaning heads and cap tops.

I need another printer to print banners while my VP540 prints labels. Would you buy another VP540 or an RS640 (Cheaper by £3000) or xc 540 (I could have 2 RS640 for the price though) . I really need the speed. Opinions people ????
