I have Flexi 7.6 Expert. My delemma: Red Type with a black outline. How can I make the black outline solid so I can layer vinyl over the top? I went to effects > separate outlines, then welded them together. What it does is welds but leaves a lot of cut lines. Joe:banghead:

I am putting acrylic track on white acrylic substrate. I am still trying to locate Weld On 4 but I am also going to rivet the track. I got in some plastic rivets but do I use a regular rivet gun for them?

I keep getting 2" square low res images and they want banners from them. What would be dpi requirements you would request or how would you define vector files to someone? I need to come up with minimum requirements of some kind. Thanks in advance

Newbie question: I need to print on black cotton tees maroon lettering with a white outline. Can I print white solid lettering, flash and then print the maroon right on top of the white? The maroon lettering will be thinner so the white shows as an outline.

I have a Summa D60U Plotter. Is there any way to get it to do a better job of cutting small letters? It seems to not cut completely and leave just enough to be difficult when weeding small stuff. Larger graphics can handle it and break away pretty well. I have changed the blade but it still does...

This machine is at the low end in price for a 54" Roland Printer. Does it print close to the more expensive ones and is the maintenance more?

I have an HP 3500 CP with HP UV Inks installed. How can I get this machine to print me a good screem? Shadows look very grainy. Any help is greatly appreciated Joe

My 3500 CP will print a good blue, red, and black, but when it comes to yellow or grays forget it., It prints a screen and it looks terrible. Say that I want to print a pms 126, it will be a solid yellow with red dots. Same with grays. I use a Wasatch RIP from eps files. Any ideas John
