Drove past a few signs today that are composite panel fixed to a 2" box steel frame, i can see that theres no fold on the edges or screws , how would this be fixed to it? vhb tape and epoxy?

Gday Guys, a new customer has two vehicles, both black. they had these vehicles done buy a very well establised mob.. in cut vinyl, one is 7 years old and is very faded and shrunk, all edges are dried up and coming off. normal i would imagine the second is doing the same only after one year...

on a sp540v, roll 1300mm wide, need to print 200, 65mm stickers then laminate and put back through to contour cut. thinking i should do around 50 at a time, a bit nervous to try do the whole lot at once. what would you do?

is there a way of printing out the profiles with the job to be printed?

no matter what file or setting i export this picture, it comes up darker in versaworks, its a photo, imported into x5 , published to pdf, ive tried tiff,eps and jpeg, they all come up the same...darker in versaworks any ideas...

window perf keeps lifting on edges.... i had it printed and laminated by a well know sign place that does heaps of my work, no probs until this one.. i installed dry. cut around edges and used a 6mm pin stripe to seal it, but the corners keep lifting any suggestions...
