I will give that a shot in corel tomorrow. The one art panel i made was 52 mb, took about 30 minutes to rip. Can you save a design that is 122" x 60" in a different format and still print to a mutoh? I was told to save in pdf then print it, but it still messed up. Thanks for the info.

I save my work in eps format so when i need to print another one i can just add it in production manager. I also tried to rip and print from flexi itself and it took about 15 minutes to rip to 50%, i think that is way long but could be wrong, i am new at this printing deal. Went and installed...

Flexi8 Tried PDF and it goes to 25mb, flexi will lockup when trying to load it.

Designed a banner today with vectors i purchased on the internet and the banner saves in EPS at 52mb. Flexi will not rip it and sometimes will not even load it, is there a way to fix this? I designed a few banners with store bought clipart and they save in the 4 mb range. Thanks for any help.

Had a good seal on capping station so i pulled the heads, they were fully clogged. Tried to push cleaner thru them and nothing cam out at all, so i went and grabbed some xylene, DO NOT USE XYLENE AROUND PLASTIC, it cleaned all the holes out but ate the damper stubs. So i guess i need new heads...
